Since establishing in 1992, Foshan Tongrun Aluminum Equipment Co., Ltd basing on the processing industry of local aluminum alloy, innovate and research. According to the quick changes of the market and the wide variety, aluminum alloy manufacturing enterprises need the heating equipment that can be produced and organized flexibly and consume lowly. For that reason we develop and manufacture the heating production line of hot-cutting long stick. For the time being, our factory has already had the ability to produce a lot of series of products in hot-cutting long stick heating production fromΦ80mm toΦ320mm. The heating way can be fuel heating or liquefied gas spray heating according to customers′ actual exertion, and automation in operating and monitoring has been realized. Using the equipment designed lately, you can save 1/3 of production cost comparing to using the constant old craft, and products yield improves more than 5%-8%.
We also develop the ultra heavy and long aluminum profile′s Aging Oven and homogenizing furnace according to aluminum profile manufacturing enterprises′ actual demands, and create conditions for enterprises′ high yield and high-efficiency. After several years′ extension, Tongrun Aluminum Equipment Co., Ltd has owned 25 items of special technology having their own independent intellectual property rights.
